Gymnathlon Association (the "Society"), a BC Member-Funded Society, protects your privacy in compliance with the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We collect personal and health data solely to manage program registration, ensure child safety, and communicate with parents. As a Participant or Supporter, your data is used only for the Society’s operational needs and record-keeping as required by the BC Societies Act. We may take photos or videos during programs for promotional purposes; you may opt-out at any time by emailing info@gymnathlon.ca. You have the right to access your data, request corrections, or withdraw consent for non-essential processing. For any concerns, you may contact the Society or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia (OIPC). All records are managed according to the Society’s Bylaws and provincial regulations.
