Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately, no. Children must meet the minimum age requirement on the course start date and must not exceed the maximum age limit for that program. If space is available, you may enrol your child at any point during the year once they reach the required age. If the age requirement is not met or incorrect registration details are provided, we may need to cancel the enrolment. These age limits are based on our experience and are designed to ensure the best possible experience and development for all children. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to reserve spots in advance. Registration becomes available only once the official enrolment period opens.

Due to limited capacity, participation is only possible after completing online registration and payment. However, the first session serves as a trial. If you decide not to continue after the first session for any reason, we offer a full refund. Parents are also welcome to attend the first session to see how the program works and how their child responds.

Pricing varies depending on the program and the time of enrolment. If you join after the program has already started, the fee is adjusted proportionally based on the number of remaining sessions. Enrolment is possible throughout the year, subject to availability. All prices listed below are for one term (10 sessions).

Each Gymnathlon program includes 30 sessions delivered across three terms, with 10 sessions per term. Sessions follow the local school calendar and do not take place during school holidays or school closure days. If a session is cancelled for this reason, the schedule is adjusted to ensure all sessions are delivered. Programs typically begin in September and run through the school year, usually finishing in June, depending on local school schedules.

Each Gymnathlon program is divided into three terms, with 10 sessions per term. The schedule follows the local school calendar, and terms run consecutively throughout the school year. The start of each term depends on when the previous term’s sessions are completed. Term length may vary slightly due to school holidays, public holidays, or school closure days, when sessions do not take place. In such cases, the schedule is adjusted to ensure that all sessions are delivered before the next term begins.

No special equipment is required. Children should wear comfortable sports clothing, indoor athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle.

To help children stay focused and build independence, parents are generally not present during sessions.

Exceptions include:

  • Baby program – parent participation is required
  • First session – parents are welcome to attend
  • Special circumstances – possible by prior agreement with the coach

If your child joins later in the season, attendance at the first session may depend on the venue’s policies. Please confirm with your coach in advance.

Yes, if your child attends the school where the program is held. In these cases, the coach may collect children from after-school care before the session. After the session, children are either returned to after-school care or released directly to parents, depending on arrangements with the school. As this varies by location, please confirm details with your school or coach.

For session-related questions, including absences, please contact your coach directly.
